Vacuum aluminized film

The high-purity aluminum wire is evaporated into a gaseous state at high temperature (1100~1200℃) through the vacuum aluminum plating process, and the gaseous aluminum molecules are deposited on the surface of the plastic film to form a bright metallic color film.

Production Process:

Substrate unwinding → vacuuming → heating evaporation boat → feeding aluminum wire → evaporation → cooling → thickness measurement → flattening → rewinding

    (1) Compared with aluminum foil, the amount of aluminum is greatly reduced, energy and materials are saved, and costs are reduced. The thickness of composite aluminum foil is mostly 7-17um, while the thickness of the aluminum layer of the aluminized film is about 0.04um, its aluminum consumption is about 1/200 of that of aluminum foil, and the production speed can be as high as 700m/min.

    (2) It has excellent folding resistance and good toughness, rarely pinholes and cracks, no warping and cracking, and improved barrier properties to gas, water vapor, odor, light, etc.

    (3) It has excellent metallic luster, and the light reflectivity can reach 92%; and it can form a color film through paint treatment, and its decoration effect is inferior to that of aluminum foil.

    (4) Partial aluminum plating can be performed by shielding or elution to obtain any pattern or transparent window, which can see the contents of the package.

    (5) The aluminum-plated layer has good electrical conductivity and can eliminate electrostatic effects, especially when packaging powdered products, it will not pollute the sealing part and ensure the sealing performance of the package.

    (6) Good adaptability to post-processing such as printing and compounding.
